In this case "USPCC" is used only as a reference to the format of the uncut sheets, which were produced by Cartamundi.  These are the same format (8 cards wide, 7 cards tall, 56 total) instead of the 9 wide, 6 tall, 54 total card format used by most other metric size manufacturers.  Cartamundi uncut  sheets are printed in Turnhout (Belgium).
